Not only am I getting my wedding hair done at cost cutters, but I just called to make a prep appt for Friday and move the appt back to 10am for Sunday. And the girl on the phone is going to be the one doing my hair, so right at the end of the conversation she says: “Now, you don’t want cornrows do you? because I don’t know how to do cornrows.”
What kind of a place am I getting married where this is a legitimate question?

I'd say that would be a legitimate question in a Caribbean tourist town or, say, Baltimore, but not so much in northern Wisconsin. Yowza.

and you will need to call ahead to ensure that your Cost Cutters employee is the one that knows how to do the fancy wedding cornrows.
FYI...I am having my hair done here in KC just like this for the weeding! They know how to do it right out here.
I hope no one else copies me.
of course mine will be done a whole week prior to the wedding but I am sure it will still look just as fabulous.
